Engagement Photos on the Moon

Hadley + Alex told me they wanted to feel like they were on the moon for their engagement photos and the first location that came to my mind was the Oklahoma Salt Plains.

Hadley wore a bold hot pink dress that flew perfectly in the wind. While Alex kept it neutral with khaki pants and a light pink shirt to accent his fiances dress. The tones complimented the white ground they walked on and the cotton candy colored sky above them. I always think bold colors are fun when the background is so minimal — this couple of mine killed the outfit choices and that helped their gallery feel bold, clean, elegant, and summery all in one.

I always offer a couples session to my wedding couples so we can all get more comfortable together in a photography sense before the big day, and while doing this session I became so excited for their wedding in November!
