Harper + Kale wanted anything but a field, and I think their engagements turned out just the right amount of “them”. They met in a gym, so it was only fitting we incorporated their roots. In a little park on the outskirts of the city lies the best outdoor court I know of. And it was awesome. I always try and start my engagement shoots with something fun to get my couples loosened up and this spot did just that.

For the second location we made our way down by the river — can someone say windy… Harper embraced the wind and let her hair fly around and I think despite that challenge, we created some windblown magic.

The light in these images gets me every time I look at them.
